Community Code of Conduct Agreement

Welcome to use this one-on-one video chat application (hereinafter referred to as "This App"). In order to create a safe, friendly, positive, diverse, and inclusive community environment for users worldwide, fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of each user, and maintain the good operation order of the application, please read and strictly abide by this Community Code of Conduct Agreement. By using This App, you indicate that you have accepted all the terms of this agreement.

I. User Behavior Guidelines

(I) Legality and Compliance

When using This App for video chatting and other related activities, users must strictly abide by the laws and regulations of the countries and regions where they are located, as well as international legal norms. It is strictly prohibited to use this application to engage in any illegal and criminal activities, including but not limited to fraud, illegal fundraising, dissemination of pornographic materials, infringement of intellectual property rights, promotion of terrorism, extremism, or participation in activities that endanger national security and social stability.

It is prohibited to publish or disseminate any false or misleading information, or to conduct fraudulent or deceptive behaviors towards other users. Forging identities, fabricating facts, and other means to mislead others are also prohibited.

(II) Respect for Others

Respect the dignity, personal privacy, and legitimate rights and interests of every user from different countries and cultural backgrounds. It is strictly prohibited to insult, slander, abuse, threaten, harass, or discriminate against other users in any form. This includes but is not limited to defaming or treating others improperly based on factors such as race, color, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, age, or disability status.

Without the explicit consent of others, it is strictly prohibited to record, take screenshots, or disseminate the video content, personal information, or chat records of other users during the video chat process. Protect the privacy of others and maintain the sense of security and trust among users in the communication process.

(III) Content Specifications

Video Content: During video chatting, the images displayed by users should be civilized, healthy, and positive. The following contents are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of exposed body parts, actions, or scenes with sexual implications. Such contents seriously violate public order and good customs and undermine the healthy atmosphere of the community.
• Violent, bloody, and terrifying scenes, such as showing violent harm to others, self-harm, bloody images, or promoting terrorism and extremism ideas. Such contents may cause mental harm and discomfort to other users.
• Contents that promote racial discrimination, hatred, and prejudice. This application is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse community and firmly resists any forms of discriminatory remarks and behaviors.
• Contents that promote cults, superstitions, or other harmful ideas. Such contents are not conducive to the physical and mental health of users and the harmonious development of society.

Voice and Text Messages: Voice messages, text messages, and text contents in personal profile introductions sent during the video chat process shall not contain the following contents:

• Obscene, pornographic, and vulgar words or expressions. Keep the communication content healthy and positive and avoid spreading bad information.
• Aggressive, insulting, and provocative languages, and discriminatory remarks targeting others' appearance, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, etc. Respect cultural differences and advocate civilized communication.
• Advertisements, junk messages, and malicious spamming contents. Unless in the advertising areas explicitly permitted by this application, users shall not send any form of commercial advertisements, promotional information, pyramid scheme information, etc., during the chat process, nor shall they repeatedly send the same or similar meaningless messages in large quantities to interfere with the normal chat order.

II. Privacy Protection

Respecting user privacy is the core principle of This App. When using this application, users should ensure that they do not infringe on the privacy of other users. It is prohibited to obtain, use, or disseminate the personal information of other users through technical means or other improper ways, including but not limited to account information, contact information, chat records, etc.

This App will strictly protect the personal information of users in accordance with the privacy policy. Without the explicit consent of users, the personal information of users will not be disclosed to any third party, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or this agreement.

III. Protection of Minors

This App clearly prohibits minors from registering and using it. If it is found that a user is a minor, this application has the right to immediately stop providing services to him/her and try its best to assist in notifying his/her guardian to strengthen the supervision of the minor.

No user shall use this application to have inappropriate communication or contact with minors, and it is strictly prohibited to commit any form of infringement against minors, including but not limited to sexual luring, instigating crimes, disseminating information harmful to the physical and mental health of minors, etc. Protecting the safety and healthy growth of minors is the common responsibility of all of us.

IV. Protection of Intellectual Property Rights

Users enjoy intellectual property rights over the contents (including but not limited to videos, texts, pictures, etc.) they publish on this application. However, during the use of This App, users grant this application a worldwide, permanent, irrevocable, and free license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, promote, publish, perform, and display these contents.

Users should ensure that the contents they publish on this application do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. If the contents published by users infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties and cause losses to this application, users shall bear all the compensation liabilities. This application has the right to delete, block, and take other actions regarding the contents suspected of infringing intellectual property rights.

V. Handling of Violations

This App has the right to supervise and inspect the behaviors and published contents of users. If it is found that a user violates this Community Code of Conduct Agreement, one or more of the following measures will be taken according to the severity of the violation:

• Warning: For users with relatively minor violations, a warning notice will be given to remind them to abide by this agreement and avoid further violations.
• Function Limitation: The functions of the application used by the violating user will be limited, such as restricting the sending of messages, limiting the duration of video chatting, restricting the addition of friends, etc., until the user corrects the violation and resumes a good usage record.
• Account Banning: For users with serious violations or those who repeatedly violate this agreement, this application has the right to permanently ban their accounts. After the account is banned, the user will no longer be able to log in to this application, and all the data in the account (including but not limited to chat records, personal information, etc.) may be deleted.
• Legal Pursuit: If the user's violation constitutes an illegal crime, this application will actively cooperate with the relevant law enforcement departments to conduct investigations and pursue legal responsibilities in accordance with the law.

If a user has objections to the violation handling decision of this application, he/she can file an appeal to the application operator through the feedback channel provided by this application. This application will conduct a review within a reasonable time after receiving the appeal and notify the appealing user of the review result in a timely manner.

VI. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement

This App has the right to amend this Community Code of Conduct Agreement in a timely manner according to changes in laws and regulations, business development needs, or operational adjustments. The amended agreement will be published on this application and will come into effect as of the date of publication. If a user continues to use this application after the amendment of the agreement, it shall be deemed that he/she agrees to accept the amended agreement.

If a user violates any term of this agreement, This App has the right to terminate this agreement at any time and stop providing services to the user. After the termination of the agreement, all the rights and interests of the user on this application will be terminated, and this application has the right to delete the user's account and related data.

VII. Other Terms

The signing, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall, without violating the mandatory legal provisions of various countries and regions, give priority to applying international common business practices and legal principles. If a dispute arises between a user and the application operator due to this agreement, the two parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file for arbitration or litigation with a legally competent international arbitration institution or local court.
