Xmet always prioritizes child safety, striving to create a completely secure platform environment and firmly resisting any form of harm to children. This agreement aims to elaborate on various measures and regulations for child protection, ensuring that there are no factors endangering the physical and mental health of children within the platform.
Only users who have reached the age of 18 are permitted to register and use Xmet. We verify the age information of every registered user by means of advanced technological tools and strict manual review processes.
Any attempt to bypass the age restriction through fraudulent means, such as forging identity documents or falsifying age, will result in permanent account suspension once verified. Additionally, legal liability may be pursued.
Minors are not allowed to appear in the frame or have their voices presented in any form of live broadcasts, short videos, or dynamic sharing content.
It is strictly prohibited to register, log in, or manage accounts on behalf of minors, ensuring that the account user is completely consistent with the registered information.
Users can submit clues of violations, including screenshots, video clips, and text descriptions, with one click through the convenient reporting entry set within the Xmet application, enabling the platform to verify and handle them quickly.
If serious violations of children's rights and interests are discovered, you can directly send an email to the official designated mailbox report@xmet.com. The platform will initiate an emergency handling process within 24 hours after receiving the email. Meanwhile, Xmet promises to strictly protect the confidentiality of all whistleblowers' information to ensure their safety.
Anyone who has been convicted by the judicial authorities for crimes involving violations of children's rights and interests, such as sexual assault, violent injury, illegal detention, and child trafficking, is prohibited from using the Xmet platform for life. The platform will regularly conduct comparison and screening with the judicial authorities' databases to ensure that such individuals cannot access the platform again.
Once the platform detects or receives a report of a violation of the child safety agreement, it will immediately activate the emergency handling mechanism. First, the involved account will be temporarily frozen, and then a comprehensive and in - depth investigation will be carried out. Depending on the severity of the violation, penalty measures including but not limited to account suspension, restriction of function usage, and referral to the judicial authorities will be taken.
To enhance the child protection awareness of all users, Xmet will long - term display a special page on child safety protection in a prominent position on the platform, elaborating on relevant laws, regulations, and platform rules. Meanwhile, at key nodes such as user registration and content release, child safety knowledge and precautions will be popularized to users through pop - up reminders, video tutorials, and other means.
If users discover situations of child exploitation or abuse outside the Xmet platform, they can contact the corresponding authoritative organizations according to their regions:
